Since mid-December 2021, Brandt GmbH in Rockstedt has a new owner in SERCOO Group GmbH from Lingen.
SERCOO specialises in providing comprehensive, customised services for the energy and transport sectors, as well as for industry, trade and the automotive sector. On the one hand, SERCOO's Turbo division deals with the distribution and repair of turbochargers. On the other hand, SERCOO is home to companies operating in the fields of biogas plants, combined heat and power plants, and the repair of engines and components, as well as industrial and pump services.
Brandt GmbH has been a leading specialist in feeding systems for biogas plants since 1995 and offers further solutions in the field of metal construction. With its innovative and intelligent solutions, it significantly expands SERCOO's expertise in the field of biogas plants. SERCOO's focus in the coming years will be on working intensively with Brandt on innovations and services for the customers of both companies. "In SERCOO, we have found the perfect partner to
further develop Brandt with additional strategically important expertise and a strong network. Naturally, the aim is to expand our market position," says Jens Brandt, Managing Director of Brandt GmbH, who now joins the SERCOO management team. "The collaboration has always been constructive, trusting and on an equal footing," he reports on his first weeks within the SERCOO Group.
